All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the delicate nature of physical art pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully shipped and delivered, unless the item is proven to be damaged during transit.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of BOTH the damaged artwork and the packaging it arrived in. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to find a resolution, which may include a repair or replacement if applicable.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not already been packaged and shipped. After 24 hours, or once shipping is confirmed, cancellations are no longer accepted.
